These terms apply to purchases from AVENI and use of aveni.co.za. AVENI is a trading name operated by ABSTACK (Pty) Ltd.

Products and information

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect colour appearance. Product dimensions and features are those stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

Prices and tax

Prices are displayed in South African rand. ABSTACK (Pty) Ltd is not registered for VAT, so VAT is not added to the displayed product price. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs are shown before payment.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed through Shopify checkout and the payment provider selected there. An order acknowledgement confirms that we received the order; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel it and refund amounts paid.

Dispatch and delivery

Estimated delivery is 8–11 business days from payment confirmation, including order processing and delivery to your address. Supplier or courier delays may occasionally extend this estimate. Available methods, charges and the delivery address are confirmed at checkout. More detail appears in our Shipping policy.

Returns, refunds and product quality

Our Returns and refunds policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You may not interfere with the website, misuse its content, attempt unauthorised access or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the service.

Intellectual property

The AVENI name, website design, copy, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to ABSTACK (Pty) Ltd. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission, except where the law permits.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or a purchase. This clause does not limit liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, defective goods or any consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. The terms applicable to an order are those available when that order is placed. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
