Shipping policy

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery: 8–11 business days from payment confirmation. This estimate includes order processing and delivery to your address. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude South African public holidays.

South African delivery

Standard delivery is R100 and is free for orders of R770 or more.

International delivery

International delivery is available only where an international option is shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier handling fees imposed in the destination country.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch.

Delivery information

Please check the delivery address and contact details before placing an order. If an error is noticed, contact us promptly. We can change order details only before dispatch.

If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we may charge the reasonable cost of sending it again.

Delays

Supplier or courier delays may occasionally extend the estimated delivery time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If an order is materially delayed, contact us and we will investigate with the supplier or carrier. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under South African consumer law.
